E-tickets have to be downloaded on your mobile phones and presented at the entrance.
Since 2012, the Palais des Festivals is labeled "Tourism & Handicap" for the implementation of means ensuring a quality reception and accessibility for disabled people (motor, hearing, mental).
The Grand Auditorium and Théâtre Claude Debussy are equipped with hearing loops and have places for people with reduced mobility (PMR) and their companions.
People with reduced mobility are invited to contact the ticket office to receive personalized advice on the choice of seats.

Please check the time and place of your show on your e-ticket or paper ticket. You should arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the event. The doors are closed as soon as the curtain rises. Late arrivals can only be seated depending on the remaining availabilities and may have to wait until the end of the act for a play or the intermission to enter.
A free cloakroom is available for all performances at the Palais. You may not access the auditoriums with luggage, food or drinks. For certain events, such as the International Games Festival, an outdoor luggage room may be provided.
